Activity 2 Jada’s Pattern

Jada and her partner were finding sums on the addition chart. Jada found $6 + 8$ . Her partner found $8 + 6$ . Both had the same sum of 14. Jada said, if you have the same numbers and add them together the sum will always be the same.
